Debbie Davis hails from Roanoke, Virginia. After attending Lynchburg College and Virginia Western Community College, she followed her dreams of selling and owning ocean front property and began selling real estate in 1976.

After Moving to Myrtle Beach in 1997, I began selling Oceanfront Properties Built by Winchester Development...including Seawatch Resort, Compass Cove, Ocean Reef, Southwind, Island Vista and North Beach Oceanfront Towers.

Q: How did you decide on this career track?
A: In 1975, a summer job selling property at a Virginia ski resort led me to my calling. After getting my Realtor’s license, I began working in my uncle’s Real Estate firm. Moving to Myrtle Beach seemed to be a natural fit since it was a place my family and I visited since childhood. In 1997, I began selling Oceanfront Properties built by Winchester Development.

Q: What are the latest trends in your field in which you can educate and better serve your clients?
A: Many people come to Myrtle Beach in search of their Oceanfront Dream Home. The market has made a tremendous come back over the last several years and oceanfront property is in more demand now than ever. It is a luxury, but one worth the investment, whether for a few years or a lifetime. There are many options which can help make this luxury surprisingly affordable.
